Operations Manager

Euro Mechanical is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of our Process Solutions projects and services. This role is critical in ensuring project excellence, resource optimization, and client satisfaction — driving efficiency, standardization, and growth across our business unit.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and quality compliance.Manage and mentor project managers and engineers, promoting professional development and accountability.Standardize and optimize operational workflows, project controls, and documentation practices.Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and profitability tracking.Plan and allocate project resources effectively while ensuring compliance with company standards.Serve as the key operational contact for clients and ensure exceptional stakeholder engagement.Uphold the highest standards of HSE, quality, and corporate governance.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.PMP Certification from a recognized accreditor (mandatory).10–15 years of progressive project and operations management experience in Process Packages within the UAE or GCC.Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Arabic language skills are a plus.
