We’re Hiring!Operations Manager – Facilities ManagementLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesEmployment Type: Full-timeReporting to: CEOExperience: 8+yearsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations within our Facilities Management (FM) division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing integrated FM services, ensuring service excellence, optimizing resources, and maintaining strong client relationships.This role requires a leader capable of driving operational efficiency, cost control, and team performance across multiple projects and service lines.Key Responsibilities• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Facilities Management services (hard and soft).• Ensure that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.• Manage operational budgets, cost control, and resource allocation effectively.• Supervise project mobilization, manpower deployment, and service delivery schedules.• Maintain and develop strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and contract retention.• Lead, train, and motivate site teams, supervisors, and technical staff.• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all facilities.• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.• Support tendering and estimation teams in pricing new bids and preparing proposals.• Prepare and present periodic operational and financial reports to management.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Facilities Management operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the UAE.• Strong knowledge of technical (MEP) and soft services operations.• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.• Proficient in CAFM systems, MS Office, and operational reporting tools.• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
