If YES, we'd love to hear from you at Upcision.Here's what you will ownOversee Ops across a 6-7 person team delivering multiple high-volume email campaigns, working in conjunction with our Campaign Manager.Document and enforce SOPs and QC across multiple swim lanes. There are 6 key areas that make for a successful campaign: It will be your job to ensure quality & adherence across the spectrum.Quickly surface breakages and be in charge of Root Cause Analysis. You're analytical, you read between lines.Operational memory that survives turnover and stress. You keep the “why” behind rules, fixes, and exceptions explicit, current, and used.Workflow simplification. You remove unnecessary complexity, tighten feedback loops, and make the right path the easiest path for the team.Drift prevention. You keep standards alive in practice. You audit adherence, spot early slippage, and reset the line before errors spread. When a rule keeps failing, you redesign the step until compliance is natural.You will be in the work daily, and above it daily. Your job is to make reality legible and the system durable.Your background:4 to 10 years owning operations reliability, service delivery, QA, or process enforcement in a throughput environment (agency, BPO, outbound, logistics, customer ops, fintech ops, or similar).A track record of eliminating recurring operational failures, not just managing around them.Comfort being the person who says “here is what is true, here is the proof, here is the correction,” even when opinions are flying.Strong written clarity. You can compress messy reality into a tight root cause and action plan others follow.Systems fluency.
