This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience across retail centres, demonstrates the highest standard of professionalism in both presentation and communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a selection of assets Maintain the asset to the highest standard Adhere to KPIs as set out in management agreementsApply risk management practices across your portfolioCommunicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholdersMaintain tight control over asset operating costsRegular site inspections Ensure that all operations and maintenance is undertaken and conforms to workplace legislation Stay up to date with market pricing and legislation changesWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years’ experience in operations managementDegree in Property, Facilities Management or related discipline Strong experience across retail centre managementStrong contract management and documentation skills Advanced Microsoft Office skillsHighly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat’s on OfferJoin an organisation that actively seeks people who combine work ethic, integrity and attentiveness to client needs.
