The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, refine processes, and align resources so our creative and client teams can perform at their best. You’ll work closely with leadership and department heads to drive efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.What You’ll DoLead Operations – Oversee finance, HR, admin, logistics, and project management functions.Optimize Agency Workflows – Build and refine SOPs and systems so digital marketing campaigns, content, and client projects run seamlessly.Resource Planning – Ensure people, time, and tools are allocated effectively across departments.Performance & Profitability – Monitor KPIs, budgets, and productivity; identify risks and opportunities to keep projects profitable.Team Alignment – Connect leadership, operations, and delivery teams so everyone works toward the same business goals.Problem Solving – Step in to clear roadblocks and keep projects and teams moving forward.What We’re Looking For5+ years of operations or project management experience in a digital marketing, creative, or advertising agency.Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes.Solid financial acumen—comfortable with budgets, costs, and profitability.Excellent communicator, highly organized, and solutions-oriented.Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
