Job Summary:The Operations Manager oversees daily business operations, ensures process efficiency, and supports cross-functional teams to drive organizational performance.This remote role focuses on improving workflows, managing projects, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring smooth operational execution across the company.Responsibilities:Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across departmentsDevelop and implement process improvements to increase productivityManage remote teams, ensuring alignment, communication, and performanceTrack and analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify improvement areasCoordinate with finance, HR, sales, and leadership teams to support operational goalsCreate and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)Manage projects from planning to execution and ensure timely deliverySupport resource planning, budgeting, and operational forecastingIdentify operational risks and implement preventive measuresRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fieldProven experience in operations management or project managementStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience using tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Slack, Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, etc.Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a remote work environmentExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail
