Job Title: Floor ManagerDepartment: Business DevelopmentReports To: Associate Director – Business DevelopmentIdeal Candidate Profile • Experience: 4–7 years in Business Development/Inside Sale/Sales Operations/Team Management • Preferred Background: B2B SaaS, Data, Marketing, or Demand Generation environments • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred)About the RoleTo oversee daily operations of the Business Development floor, ensure goal alignment, drive team performance through monitoring and analytics, ensure task completion and CRM hygiene, and continuously enhance team productivity through coaching, performance evaluation, and learning & development initiatives. The Floor Manager acts as the operational backbone for the BD function — ensuring consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesPerformance Monitoring & ReportingEnd-to-end reporting and management of the Business Development Teams.Track daily, weekly, and monthly performances of all BDAs and Team Leads.Monitor revenue realization, lead management and conversion, and follow-up discipline.Consolidate performance metrics (individual and team-wise) and share structured reports with management.Ensure CRM is updated in real-time and aligns with reporting dashboards.Ensure all daily/weekly tasks and revenue targets are clearly communicated and achieved.Coordinate with other departments to ensure end-to-end process flow and accountability.Conduct daily floor huddles to align team focus and communicate key priorities.Conduct periodic performance reviews with Team Leads and BDs.Identify gaps in conversion, communication, or process adherence and derive action items for improvement.Conduct regular skill enhancement sessions (weekly/monthly).Ensure strict adherence to internal SOPs, QA standards, and compliance requirements.Maintain proper documentation of all escalations, reviews, and interventions.Required SkillsStrong analytical and reporting ability (Excel, CRM tools)Excellent communication and motivational skillsProven team management and training experienceProcess-driven with attention to detailEmpathetic yet firm leadership style Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B SaaS environmentsFamiliarity with data-driven marketing strategiesPay range and compensation packageUp to 9.5LPA + Variable Pay + Performance based Bonus + Incentives Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
