The Operations Manager role in Ottawa is a critical leadership position within this growth strategy, serving as a business enabler to ensure operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, and quality delivery in the North American market.Summary of the Role Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of North America and Europe, the Operations Manager will play a central role in leading and optimizing all day-to-day activities within Kisaan Die Tech’s Canadian operations. This position will oversee the full spectrum of operational functions across production, quality, supply chain, scheduling, and warehousing, ensuring that every component of the business runs efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards. As Operations Manager, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for ensuring precision, consistency, and adherence to the company’s established quality systems, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance and output.As the organization continues to scale its North American operations, you will be responsible for evolving and elevating systems and processes to support long-term, steady growth. This includes optimizing workflows, improving communication and coordination across teams, and ensuring that operational strategies are responsive to the unique needs of the Canadian business. The role involves hands-on oversight of the shop floor, ensuring that schedules are met, materials and machinery are optimized, and that operational bottlenecks are identified and addressed proactively.Beyond daily operations, you will help introduce greater structure and accountability within the team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence. You will collaborate closely with the CEO to execute operational priorities that allow for greater focus on business development and client growth initiatives.
