Operations Manager

The Company:International chemical processing company, with employment of 50-100 people in a local plant in Poland.The Role:Operations Manager will report to the Managing Director Poland and will oversee the advancement of the company’s plant operations locally, ensuring alignment with the Company's overall strategic objectives.The Responsibilites:Contributing to the development and refinement of the company’s strategic directionPreparing and executing the operational budgetOverseeing the departments of Production, Technology, and MaintenanceDriving the adoption and execution of Lean ManagementExecuting operational strategies, ensuring they are effectively communicated, monitored, and aligned with the Group’s strategic and annual plansEngaging with key stakeholders at both local and international levelsTracking initiatives aimed at improving core operational KPIsLeading teams by promoting motivation, cohesion, continuous development, and a collaborative work environmentThe Requirements:Chemical engineer by educationProven experience in a comparable role with similar responsibilities, preferably within the material processing companies, where physical or chemical processes occurA strong background in leading teams within a production environmentSolid expertise in change management and optimizing processesOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in English (and Polish) at a fluent level
