Our partner is a leading Pro AV systems integrator in the North Rhine-Westphalia region, known for delivering cutting-edge audiovisual and media technology solutions for corporate, education, government, and entertainment clients. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and customer satisfaction, the company is now seeking to strengthen its senior leadership team by hiring an experienced and visionary Senior Operations Manager.About you: Define, implement, and monitor operational standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability across all project and service functions.Lead and mentor a team of 10 experienced Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Develop KPIs and performance metrics tailored to Pro AV operations (e.g., project delivery timelines, client satisfaction, SLA adherence, service call reduction).Work closely with senior management to align operational objectives with business growth targets, including revenue and margin goals.Participate in long-term strategic planning, including market expansion, resource allocation, and technology investments.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in a senior operations or leadership role within the Pro AV or systems integration industry.Proven track record in managing multiple large-scale AV integration projects.Strong understanding of AV system design, signal management, control systems, and networking principles.Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, ERP/project management tools (e.g., Monday, MS Project, or similar).Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.Demonstrated success in budget management, team leadership, and operational process improvement.Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).Apply today, or share this with your network.
