Upcoming products include MAHTO Home Loans and MAHTO Land & Properties. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, develop and implement operational policies and procedures, and ensure the smooth coordination between various departments. Responsibilities also include managing budgets, improving operational efficiency, conducting performance evaluations, and liaising with stakeholders. The Operations Manager will work closely with project managers and teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Qualifications Strong experience in managing daily business operations and budget managementExcellent skills in developing and implementing operational policies and proceduresFamiliarity with performance evaluation and improvement techniquesExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in the construction or home building industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fieldStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
