We are committed to eliminating unsafe, counterfeit, and low-quality items from the Nigerian market.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Lagos. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure quality control, and improve operational systems, processes, and policies. The role involves coordinating between departments, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and handling customer feedback and complaints. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on operational efficiency.
