The ideal candidate will manage processes, resources, and people to achieve organizational goals while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities • Plan, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational processes. • Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation. • Manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain efficiency. • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and regulatory standards. • Supervise and mentor staff, fostering professional growth and team collaboration. • Work closely with senior management to set strategic goals and measure performance. • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments.Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role. • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and ERP systems. • Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and reporting. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
