Operations Manager

Type: Full-TimeLocation: (e.g. Ankara / Hybrid)Role Summary:We are an international custom jewelry design company looking for an experienced Operation Manager who can take full ownership of daily operations, establish efficient systems, and manage the team with precision. This role will ensure that the management team can focus on strategic growth while daily operations run smoothly and systematically.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all operational processesDesign and implement systems to increase efficiencyPlan team workload and track performanceEstablish and monitor KPIs and reporting systemsOrganize workflows using digital tools (Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.)Prepare and follow up project implementation plansProvide regular reports to managementCoordinate between departments when necessaryQualifications:Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, project, or team managementProven leadership experience managing at least 3–5 team membersStrong organizational and process-building skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong planning, reporting, and analytical skillsHighly disciplined and results-orientedGood communication skills; English proficiency is a plus
