Job Description

Job Responsibilities:1. Develop, optimize, and implement standard operating procedures for all stores, including beverage preparation, client service, hygiene and safety, and inventory management, etc.2. Monitor daily operational data (such as sales volume, traffic counting, per customer transaction, cost, etc.), analyze problems, and propose improvement plans.3. Responsible for achieving sales targets and profit indicators within the region (KPIs include: sales volume, profit margin, cost ratio, etc.).4. Collaborate closely with the procurement and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure the quality and stable supply of raw materials.5. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute localization promotional activities and brand events targeting the MY market.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors in business management, catering management, or related fields.2. At least 5 years of operational management experience in the catering, tea beverage, or fast-moving consumer goods industry, with at least 3 years in regional or multi-store management positions.3. English can serve as the working language to facilitate effective communication with employees from diverse backgrounds and headquarters.4. Proficient in using tools such as Excel for Data Analysis and driving decision-making based on it.5. Have in-depth understanding of the MY market, with great passion and insight into the tea beverage industry.
