Operations Manager – Premium Dining

Position: Operations Manager – Premium Dining 📍 Location: Kuwait (Head Office) 👤 Reports To: Group PresidentRole Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a group of premium dining restaurants in Kuwait. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, ensuring top-tier guest experiences, and achieving business goals across multiple venues.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and service excellence.Develop and implement operational policies, financial strategies, and performance objectives.Lead, motivate, and mentor cross-functional teams, including culinary and front-of-house staff.Manage budgets, analyze key performance indicators, and identify areas for improvement.Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction, brand consistency, and operational integrity.Ideal Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in restaurant management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership or operations role.Proven background managing premium or fine dining restaurant concepts.Strong financial acumen with excellent leadership and team management skills.Prior experience in the GCC region is highly preferred.
