We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead high performing teams and elevate service excellence across a global environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee team members ensuring consistent and high quality delivery. • Own service standards, capacity planning, and operational performance across teams. • Coach and develop Team Leads and Virtual Assistants, fostering accountability and continuous growth. • Analyze KPIs and quality metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Serve as an escalation point to resolve issues and enhance member´s experience.Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in service delivery, operations, or team leadership (BPO experience preferred) • Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills • Proven experience leading teams and driving operational improvements • Adaptability, accountability, and strong decision making abilities • A leadership approach grounded in integrity, ownership, and continuous learning.Ready to take the next big step in your leadership career?
