About the Role:We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of a growing property management company. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who can operate independently, manage teams, and ensure business continuity with minimal oversight. The right person will function as the owner’s second-in-command, driving efficiency, growth, and operational excellence across all departments.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all day-to-day operational functions within the property management business.Lead, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high performance, accountability, and morale.Audit and improve existing workflows to ensure scalability, efficiency, and long-term growth.Develop and manage processes for the creation of an additional operational pod.Serve as the main escalation point for complex client, tenant, and owner issues.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and property owners to ensure timely and effective solutions.Analyze business performance and implement process improvements to optimize results.Work closely with ownership to plan and execute strategic initiatives for expansion and sustainability.Requirements:Proven experience in operations management, preferably within property management or a related industry.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.Understanding of construction processes and vendor coordination.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff, owners, and external partners.Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing operations with minimal supervision.Strategic mindset with the ability to implement structure and process at scale.What We Offer:Full-time position | 100% RemoteSalary Range: Starting at $15.00 USD per hour (depending on experience)
