Operations Manager

Job Description :Organize and manage all offline stores operations performance to achieve the given target (sales/revenue and staff's productivity, operations performance, security, store display, customer services & hospitality)Responsible in optimizing the store management and staff allocation and hiring within the department and to supervise/guide offline store team towards maximum performanceKeep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store (system, procedure and services)Organizing the supply chain operations and ensure healthy inventory are in placed to gain maximum sales performanceResponsible to prevent stock loss within the storesPrepare and control the store’s budget and P&L in aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency and also optimized profitabilityWorking in hands with marketing campaign team and visual merchandiser to plan and oversee offline in-store or off-store promotional events or displaysProvide and present report and analysis to higher level managementMaintain relation with Brands/Principal in terms of daily operationsJob Requirement :Min Bachelor Degree from any majorAdvanced experience and knowledge in retail industryProven experience as retail operations management Manager more that 3 yearsOutstanding communication & interpersonal abilities with strong Leadership and advanced knowledge of retail management softwareAnalytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
