Operations Manager

Robries is looking for a Manager of Operations to lead our mission in transforming plastic waste into Robries Polymer Sheet (RPS) and sustainable furniture products.Job Description Lead and coordinate daily operations across production, supply chain, and project teams.Solve cross-department challenges and ensure smooth communication between divisions.Develop and improve supply chain systems to support scalability and efficiency.Drive operational excellence through planning, process optimization, and quality control.Mentor and empower the production team to achieve high performance and innovation.QualificationsProven experience in operations or production management (preferably in materials, furniture, or manufacturing).Proven at least 2 years experience leading a team.Strong understanding of supply chain, lean systems, and quality assurance.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.Hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about sustainability.Why join us?At Robries, we don't just make materials - we create value from waste.
