Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Operations Manager at a growing U.S.-based company. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of business processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.QualificationsMore than 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager or Client Success in a similar roleStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAble to analyze data and formulate strategies in line with the required outcomeProven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentCoach, manage, and Mentor leaders within the business to achieve KPIsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in operational management tools and softwareAbility to work effectively in a remote settingRequirementsHelp run daily operations for a U.S.-based small business, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all areasManage capacity planning as well as utilization to support the achievement of business targets, volumes, and operational budgetsDevelop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve workflow and performanceMonitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support company goals and initiativesIdentify and troubleshoot operational issues, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptionsMeasure, asses and report on the performance of teams against targets and industry normsSupport the development and execution of company strategies to drive growth and successFoster a culture of continuous improvement within the teamCompensation$ 1,500 - $ 2,500 per month, paid in USD, depending on experience.DetailsIndependent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.Client has a desire for long term commitment.
