As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a driven Operations Manager to lead our team, elevate customer experience, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.Key Responsibilities•           Oversee daily operations of the indoor field and front desk•           Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews•           Handle HR tasks including onboarding, time tracking, and team accountability•           Lead customer service efforts—resolve complaints, de-escalate conflicts, and maintain a positive atmosphere•           Monitor and maintain point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and inventory tracking•           Ensure facility cleanliness, safety compliance, and gear readiness•           Support marketing efforts and special event coordination•           Report on attendance, revenue, and team performance to ownershipQualifications•           Proven management experience (minimum 2 years preferred)•           Strong skills in scheduling, HR processes, and team leadership•           Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities•           Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic financial tracking•           Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed•           Airsoft knowledge is a plus—but leadership and hustle come first•           Must be reliable, organized, and ready to lead by exampleCompensation & Schedule•           $25–$30/hour depending on experience•           Full-time position after successful training period
