As we expand our reach, particularly with the revolutionary BIDA Fiber Internet product, we are looking for a passionate and driven leader to join our team.The OpportunityAre you a strategic leader with a passion for driving growth and operational excellence? We are seeking a results-oriented Operations Manager to spearhead our entire Batangas operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading our sales, marketing, and technical operations teams to achieve ambitious targets. You will be the central figure in our expansion efforts and serve as the primary liaison with the ICT for the BIDA Fiber product line, ensuring its successful rollout and market penetration in the province.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Management:Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales, marketing, and technical support teams to foster a culture of high performance and accountability.Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct performance reviews, and provide regular coaching and training.Oversee daily activities to ensure all departments function efficiently and harmoniously.Sales & Business Development:Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly subscription targets.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth within Batangas.Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective local marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Operational Excellence:Streamline and manage the end-to-end customer journey, from application processing and installation scheduling to after-sales support and issue resolution.Ensure compliance with all ICT operational standards, policies, and procedures.Manage inventory of equipment (modems, fiber optic cables, etc.) and other operational assets. BIDA Fiber Product Champion:Act as the main point of contact and liaison between our franchise and the ICT BIDA Fiber management team.Coordinate all BIDA Fiber-related initiatives, including product training, marketing collateral deployment, and reporting requirements.Provide regular performance reports and feedback to ICT on BIDA Fiber sales and operational metrics. * Reporting & Financial Oversight:Monitor and report on key operational metrics, sales performance, and customer satisfaction levels.Assist in budget preparation and manage operational expenses to ensure profitability.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, sales, or general management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.Experience in the telecommunications, ISP, or a related technology/service industry is highly advantageous.Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving sales targets.Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.Must be a resident of Batangas or willing to relocate.Willingness to conduct regular fieldwork across the province of Batangas.What We Offer Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.
