Operations Manager

The ideal candidate is an experienced and hands-on livestream operations professional with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. They possess a solid background in live session management, technical setup, and real-time operational support to ensure seamless live commerce execution.They are detail-oriented and proactive, capable of managing live studio environments, coordinating equipment readiness, and ensuring that product carts, promotions, and stock settings are accurate before and during live sessions.With strong leadership and communication skills, this candidate can effectively coach and guide a Livestream Operation team, support hosts in enhancing audience engagement, and provide valuable feedback and insights to clients and key accounts.They are data-driven and analytical, able to extract livestream performance metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement in content quality, conversion, and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesExecute live operation activities for TikTok and e-commerce marketplace (Shopee and Lazada) such as but not limited to standby during live session and provide technical assistance to ensure live sessions are conducted smoothlyAdd product selection cart and checking and setting promotion and stockResponsible for the daily management of live room studio such as but not limited to equipment checking and adjustment before liveBrief and assist host in monitoring incoming comments to help liven up the live session’s atmosphereProvide insight to key account on frequently asked questions or issues for improvementLead Livestream Operation team, and coach them to improve Livestreaming Quality.Livestream data analytic and provide suggestions to clientsQualifications3+ years of experience in a similar roleFamiliar with live streaming platforms and technical knowledge of equipment set upMultitasking skills to handle multiple live streaming projectsStrong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with hosts, and teams.Mandarin is a plus, English is a Must
