Supplier Onboarding & ComplianceContract ManagementProcurement & Payment OperationsDescriptionThe team is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the operational management of third-party suppliers and vendors, supporting projects in content development and partnerships. This role ensures seamless onboarding, contracting, procurement, and financial tracking to enable successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Onboarding & ComplianceOversee the onboarding and reactivation of suppliers, ensuring all required documentation and compliance checks are completed.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues and maintain high standards of due diligence.Contract ManagementManage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, amending, and terminating agreements.Coordinate with legal and business stakeholders to ensure contracts meet company standards and regulatory requirements.Track contract status and maintain accurate records.Procurement & Payment OperationsProcess purchase requests and purchase orders, ensuring proper approvals and budget alignment.Liaise with finance and project teams to expedite payments and resolve any procurement-related issues.Invoice Approval & Budget TrackingReview and approve supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracted services.Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.RequirementsStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience in vendor management, procurement, or contract administrationAbility to collaborate across teams and manage multiple prioritiesDetail-oriented with a focus on compliance and process improvementFlexibility to support requests from two timezones – US, AsiaBusiness Group & Key ProjectsThis hire will be supporting 2 regions - NORAM/US and APAC (adhoc might have to start earlier at 7.30am to support US).Lead operational management of third-party suppliers and vendors, supporting projects in content development and partnerships. From onboarding, contracting, procurement and financial tracking to ensure project delivery.Onboarding of new suppliers/contracts used to be managed by the US, but they have moved this to APAC given that most of the requests are coming from APAC.Looking for someone who is proactive and flexible - for example, if they get a couple of questions (especially if they are critical) that come in on Friday evenings from the US teams that they can address, it would be good if they can respond to them instead of waiting till Monday/Tuesday (which may delay timelines even further).Project Management - executing end to end contract management, supplier onboarding and tracking the progress.Day To DaySupplier Onboarding & ComplianceContract ManagementProcurement OpsBudget tracking We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
