About The Coach Coffeeshop:The Coach Coffee Shop is a brand extension of the luxury goods company Coach, which combines a coffee shop experience with it's retail stores, targeting a younger audience with a New York-inspired theme. The shops offer coffee and food items, feature exclusive merchandise, and often connect directly to the main store, with the goal of increasing customer "linger" time and brand engagement With outlets in Grand Indonesia and Jakarta Premium Outlets (Alam Sutera), we are committed to maintaining impeccable standards of product quality, operational efficiency, and customer service that aligns with the premium expectations of our locations. The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize daily operations, financial performance, and brand consistency across The Coach Coffeeshop outlets in Grand Indonesia and Jakarta Premium Outlets. This role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage day-to-day operations across both outlets, ensuring smooth execution and consistent brand standards.Supervise staffing, training, and performance to build high-performing, customer-focused teams.Manage budgets, P&L, inventory, and supplier coordination to drive efficiency and profitability.Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance through regular site visits and audits.Implement sales initiatives and promotional activities tailored to each location’s customer base.Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every guest experience reflects The Coach Coffeeshop’s premium identity.Qualifications:Minimum 4 years’ experience in F&B or hospitality operations management, preferably multi-site.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven experience managing budgets, inventory, and P&L.Knowledge of specialty coffee and café operations is a plus.Having background in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
