The Jed Lewin Team at The Agency is seeking a highly efficient, solutions-driven Operations Manager to support our boutique real estate sales team. Are you a motivated, upbeat, highly detail-oriented self-starter, possessing a can-do attitude, with strong interpersonal and communication skills? The position is full time with hybrid flexibility. Support will be primarily operations, marketing, and administrative, with unlimited opportunity to proactively and creatively impact the team's operations. Competitive pay.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintain CRM/Calendar/Mailing ListsCreate systems and processes for efficient workflowsPerform all tasks related to getting a listing to market.Managing team pipeline and processing using our CRMCoordinating, scheduling, organizing, and confirming broker's schedule and appointments for buyer tours and listing showingsBuild, organize, and manage team Google DriveSocial media and brand managementTransaction management including invoicingBoard Package supportMonitor all deal deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessaryQualifications:Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detailCreative proactivityAbility to adapt to shifting priorities and moving deadlinesPositive, upbeat personalityTechnologically savvy; able to learn new programs quicklyProficient in Google SuiteSocial Media experience - Instagram, LinkedIn, and othersHybrid work schedule, with some office attendance requiredBachelor's or Associate's Degree requiredCompensation:Base Salary: $50,000+/yearBonus opportunities availableThis is a 1099 contract position
