The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and work to improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating with school administrators, managing budgets, streamlining processes, and ensuring high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.QualificationsExperience in operations management, team leadership, and budget managementFamiliarity with health and safety regulations and proceduresExcellent organisational and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in Education cateringAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasksBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field
