About the RoleTPH Group is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Operations Manager to lead operational excellence across our diverse portfolio of ventures in e-commerce, SaaS, and digital services.This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and deep experience in building scalable processes, implementing SOPs and OKRs, and driving cross-functional alignment. You’ll be instrumental in creating the operational backbone that enables growth, efficiency, and accountability across all TPH companies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency, efficiency, and accountability across all departments.Oversee the operational rollout and compliance of all SOPs, ensuring that each process is fully documented, every step is followed by the responsible teams, and that execution data is captured for performance tracking and future optimization.Monitor KPIs and OKRs that align with strategic objectives.Partner with department leads (Finance, HR, and Marketing) to streamline workflows and improve the SOPs.Prepare and present operational dashboards, insights, and performance reports for leadership.Support leadership in operational planning, resource allocation, and execution oversight.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of proven experience in operations management, process improvement, and project management.Strong command of KPI/OKR frameworks and process documentation best practices.Strong command of SOP frameworks and process documentation best practices.Advanced analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Notion).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Highly self-motivated, structured, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
