To keep that momentum, we are looking for someone who wants to get in early, learn quickly and become a critical part of how the business runs. This is not a back-office role. This is a hand on, get involved, make things happen role.  You will work directly with the founders, support delivery, run operations and be the face of the brand across content, clients and partners. If you are hyper proactive and thrive in an environment where you are trusted with real ownership and responsibility early, you will love working with us. What you will doKeep the business operational by keeping the founders organised Manage client onboarding, contracts, scheduling and communication Support delivery by tracking actions, preparing and keeping projects tidy Drive our LinkedIn presence through content creation coordination and engagement Maintain contacts, partners, referrer networks and support our growth pipeline Look after calendars, admin and founder time management Be the friendly first point of contact for clients and prospects Help shape our brand voice, content rhythm and community presence What you bringA fearlessness to hard work, your mindset to deliver is important. Excellent communication skills and professional presence Strong organisation and an ability to juggle multiple moving parts Curiosity about consulting, brand, CX, AI, startups or all the above Can pick up a phone and talk to people when needed Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action A desire to grow quickly and be close to the action Confidence with modern AI tools and platforms Who this suitsEarly-stage professionals looking to accelerate their growth Ambitious operators who like wearing multiple hatsSomeone who understands that startups carry risk but also, rewardPeople who want exposure to strategy, consulting, AI and real clients Individuals who want mentorship from experienced founders Why this role matters You will be a force multiplier.
