Operations OfficerAs an Operations Officer at Dry Associates Investment Bank, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of investment-related processes. Your responsibilities will include: This role reports to the Operations managerDuties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate investment registers for partners.Advise Investment Executives of delayed instructions for matured investments.Prepare and dispatch daily reports and certificates to partners.Update investment registers with approved error reports and follow up on WHT certificates and redemptions.Check, sign, and dispatch monthly registers with documentation.Prepare accurate deal tickets for investment transactions.Update registers with bank instructions and perform internal reconciliations.Prepare summarized reports for senior management.Facilitate GOK bond purchases and open offshore trading accounts for clients.Process fund transactions and reconcile bank records.Execute Forex transactions and manage interdepartmental queries.Perform other duties as required.Job Description:The Operations Officer at Dry Associates Investment Bank plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of investment processes.
