Job Opportunity: Operations Officer – Hareer AppHareer App is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Officer with strong experience in managing operations within digital applications and platforms.This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across all departments and contributing to the continuous growth and success of our platform.Hareer is a next-generation beauty and e-commerce application that connects salons, beauty services, and cosmetics shopping into one seamless digital experience in Iraq and the region.⸻Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all operational departments including Tech, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Logistics, and HR. • Act as the main link between executive management and all teams to ensure smooth and efficient coordination. • Manage daily operations and monitor the progress of projects and initiatives. • Develop and implement operational plans while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). • Analyze existing workflows and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Monitor the app’s operational performance (orders, bookings, user experience, support metrics). • Supervise onboarding processes for new salons, partners, and brands joining the platform. • Coordinate with delivery companies and suppliers to maintain service quality. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management covering performance, challenges, and recommendations. • Support expansion plans and ensure readiness for new regional launches.⸻Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within mobile or digital applications. • Strong understanding of the full app lifecycle (Development – Launch – Growth – Support). • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Notion, Jira, Asana). • Fluent in both English and Arabic. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.⸻Benefits: • Innovative and technology-driven work environment. • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. • Opportunity to play a key role in building one of Iraq’s most promising digital platforms.Location: Baghdad – On-siteWorking Days: Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)To apply, please send your CV to: abdulla@hareerapp.com
