We’re looking for Operations Officer to join our team! The Operations Officer is responsible for assisting the Regional Head with directing, developing, managing and motivating colleagues involved in back-office operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :Develop, oversee, and manage the overall operations of the Company such as overseeing staff and coordinating with other departmentsReport to and assist Regional Head in daily tasks and dutiesSet goals for staff and monitor their progressAnalyse and maintain accurate operational data and reportsMonitoring stock inventoriesMonitoring adherence to policies and ensuring complianceStrategically map-out, plan, and manage projects, if any.To maintain an up-to-date register of all agencies’ employee is maintained and to monitor compliance by agencies on submission of such records.To assist in the monitoring of CIT services provided by the Security Companies.To assist in determining and reviewing loss incurred (robbery/burglary) at agencies concerned and submit reports timely. REQUIREMENTSMin Diploma / Degree in any field.Able to work under minimum supervision & independently.Willing to work in a challenging environment.Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skillsProficient in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia (but candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking agents)Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
