Operations Officer – Food Brands (Central Kitchen & Branch Operations)📍 Location: Kuwait 🏢 Brands: Traio | Logma | Red Chapati 👤 Reports to: Owner / Managing Director 💼 Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Operations Officer to manage the daily operations across our food brands — from central kitchen production to delivery performance and staff efficiency. You’ll be responsible for turning strategy into execution, ensuring that every meal leaves our kitchen on time, at the right quality, and with maximum operational efficiency.If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands kitchen operations, and loves improving systems and people — this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily kitchen production, ensuring optimal yield, minimal wastage, and consistent product quality.Monitor delivery and aggregator performance (Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.) and ensure on-time dispatch.Manage labor scheduling for 40+ staff to balance coverage and productivity.Track production yield, delivery times, and labor efficiency using Excel and Foodics reports.Review and report on daily operational KPIs to management.Supervise hygiene, staff grooming, and adherence to brand SOPs.Coordinate between the kitchen, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations during promotions and peak hours.Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements proactively.What You’ll Be Measured OnProduction yield accuracy Average delivery timeLabor productivity and overtime controlHygiene and operational complianceQuality and consistency of reportingWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in F&B or cloud kitchen operationsStrong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, reports)Familiar with Foodics or similar POS & inventory systemsExperience with aggregator dashboards (Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.)Strong leadership, communication, and follow-up skillsFluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)Flexible to work between central kitchen and store branchesWhy Join UsBe part of one of Kuwait’s fastest-growing local food brandsReal impact: your efficiency directly affects profitability and customer happinessGrowth opportunities across multiple brands as we expand
