Operations & Partnerships Lead

Description: We’re looking for a proactive student to help coordinate the backbone of our operations — from managing partnerships to ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be in touch with sponsors, universities, and community partners, helping shape the collaborations that make our initiatives possible.What you’ll do:Coordinate between teams and partners to ensure project milestones are met.Manage outreach to universities, organizations, and sponsors.Support event logistics, schedules, and communications.Contribute ideas to improve team workflow and project execution.Ideal profile: Organized, communicative, and curious about how large-scale projects come together. No experience needed — just initiative and willingness to learn.
