You understand what drives performance and how to turn insights into action. You’re structured, collaborative, and comfortable steering across multiple teams.7–12 years of experience in performance management, operations, analytics, or transformationMaster's degree in Business, Engineering, Data, or similar fieldPower BI fluency and experience working in agile or DevOps environmentsStrong understanding of operational workflows and service metricsSkilled in turning data into clear, actionable narrativesConfident working with senior stakeholders across multiple functionsFluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus Ready to Drive What’s Next?
