Learn more at mcclabel.com.We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Quality Lead to join our team and drive excellence across multiple manufacturing sites. This is your chance to make a real impact by improving savings by reducing instances of non-conformity, standardizing processes, improving performance, and ensuring our customers receive the highest quality products.Your main responsibilities will include:Lead the harmonization of Quality standards and processes across European operations. Collaborate with plant and quality teams to embed best practices and continuous improvement. Use data and analytics to identify trends, drive decisions, and deliver actionable insights.Implements and imbed OpEx methodologies for problem-solving e.g. Kaizen, 5-why, DMAIC etc. Support audits, governance, and compliance activities to maintain world-class standards. Act as the central link between site teams and the Quality Excellence Director.About you:Proven experience in operational Quality management within manufacturing. Strong communicator who can influence and engage at all levels. Hands-on experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement.Data-driven, able to process and analyse data, and communicate results in an easy to understand way. Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a passion for driving results. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
