Position OverviewWe are looking for a Detail-Oriented Operations (RMA) Executive to join our Operations team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end process of handling returned products — from intake, diagnosis coordination, repair tracking, to spare part inventory and reporting. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on with electronic products or appliances, has a good grasp of logistics or service center workflows, and is comfortable using Excel and systems to maintain accurate records and monitor performance KPIs.

You will work closely with our RMA Manager, technicians, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure fast, accurate, and efficient turnaround of returned products, while contributing to improvements in customer experience and operational flow. Key Responsibilities: Process and categorize returned units. Support and coordination on repair jobs with technicians and CS. Track, update and ensure accurate repair status in the system; ensure SLA are met. Work with internal stakeholders proactively on job progress or delays. Ensure availability of spare parts required for repairs. Coordinate with warehouse team for parts movement and storage.

Identify and escalate timely to RMA Manager for complicated cases. Assist in weekly/monthly reporting of RMA KPIs. Follow SOPs accurately for RMA flow, ticket handling, and product repair. Maintain system accuracy in repair job status, spare part inventory and ticket flow. Contribute to process improvement suggestions. Requirements: Diploma or equivalent in Operation, Logistics, Engineering, or related field2 years above experience in RMA, after-sales service, operations, or tech support roleStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsGood communication skillsTeam player with a problem-solving mindsetPrior experience in RMA, service operations, or electronics/appliance handling is a plusOther Information: Location:
