We are looking for dedicated people to enrich our team.Your contribution will beDesigning a global insurance management strategy and executing a framework tailored to FOUR PAWS' operationsOverseeing the organisation’s insurance portfolio, the procurement and renewal of insurance policiesEnsuring global insurance coverage compliance, working with local teams to identify and manage region - specific needs and regulationsMaintaining an inventory of all insurance policies, coverage terms and conditions, premiums, and claimsServe as the primary point of contact for insurance brokers and insurance providersMonitoring developments in global insurance markets and providing recommendations for modificationsSupporting claim processes and managing insurance - related documentation and reportingTraining staff in insurance processes, insurance coverage, and responsibilitiesYour profile ideally illustratesSeveral years of experience in the insurance field, ideally gained within an insurance company, as an insurance broker, or within a similar settingBachelor’s degree in finance, business, risk management or related fieldStrong knowledge of insurance markets, products, and global risk management practicesFluent in English and GermanExcellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skillsProven ability to operate effectively across diverse cultural, regional, and legal environmentsPassion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and missionOur offer includesThe opportunity to truly contribute to global animal welfareAn international, dynamic work environmentFlexible working times with the option of partial remote workA dog - friendly workplaceWorkplace health and wellbeing initiativesWiener Linien annual ticket (or partial contribution to Klima Ticket) and pension fund after probationary periodPAWSdays: extra days off at the end of the year on top of your 5 weeks of annual leaveBirthday leave: extra day off to use around your birthdayA limited contract of 12 monthsPart - time position, 20 hours per weekThe yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 24,000 - EUR 26,000 (consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation schemeJoin our passionate team to make a difference for animals.Apply with your CV in English today.
