Job Description

To provide administrative support to ensure proper implementation of the necessary systems, strategies, action plans and controls required for over-all leasing operations in order to develop loyal business partners for long term business plans, achieve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue generation guided by the organization protocols and regulatory requirementsQualifications:Graduate of BS/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or any other business-related coursesWith good Communication Skills (Written/Verbal)With good Negotiation skillsDOCUMENTATION• Prepare documents for presentation of applied and sourced concepts to the (LCM) Lease Concepts Meeting (Ex. Agenda, TAF, Concept deck etc.).• Prepares reports on tenant performance review (ex. revenue/sales, productivity, ROS, etc).• Generate reports for Operations Meeting.• Prepare necessary requested reports and documentation.• Coordination with other departments.• Department/Section budget preparation• Team calendar preparation and monitoring.
