The team is fast-paced, collaborative, and looking for someone who can help keep day-to-day order flow running smoothly while contributing to more efficient processes as the company scales.This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys variety, solves problems quickly, and takes ownership of delivering a seamless experience to internal teams and external partners.What You’ll DoManage the full order process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and reliability.Act as the primary point of contact for order-related questions across multiple customer types.Troubleshoot delays or discrepancies and maintain strong relationships with partners.Ensure compliance with service expectations and customer requirements.Coordinate outbound shipments, schedules, and documentation.Work with external logistics providers to maintain consistent delivery performance.Investigate any order or delivery issues and resolve them promptly.Support new customer onboarding across systems and platforms.Identify ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency.Who You Are2–3 years’ experience in supply chain, operations, or order management, ideally within consumer goods.Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.Strong communicator who builds solid working relationships.Proactive, organized, and able to handle shifting priorities.Enjoys improving processes and contributing to scalable operations.
