Operations Specialist (Philippine-based)

Job Description

The Operations Specialist is responsible for conducting accurate individual verification of the details provided by the candidate with the respective source (entities or institutions) in a timely manner within the agreed Service Level Agreement. The Operations Associate is responsible for updating the system on the status of the verifications conducted, including uploading the necessary documents related to the verification activity. The Operations Associate will also do all the necessary candidate chasing attempts to obtain necessary information/documents/requirements within client SLA and complete check verification.Responsibilities:Initiate checks in the GCM pool within 24-48 HRS from check order dateComplete verification requirements, close off checks and update/follow-up check on a timely mannerDevelop and maintain good relationship with the Human Resource/Supervisor and Education/Professional POCs coordinating in most respectful and professional mannerUpdate verification checks with outmost integrity ensuring all details are true and factual as per records or supervisor commentsHandle confidential information with outmost care, knowing what is for verification disclosure and notChase candidate diligently and professionally on the needed requirements to complete check verification, as well as completion of Candidate Data Entry process for newly ordered cases in the systemUpdate contact cards of any information gathered while or before doing the verificationQualifications:Computer Literate, Basic computer skillsAbove average written and verbal communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detailsLogical reasoningCan work flexible hoursOpen to senior high school graduate with experience100% Remote work setupOpen to any shift Need to submit a valid NBI clearance prior the job offersUnited States Equal Opportunity Employment:First Advantage is proud to be a global leader in removing barriers and supporting our community members to ensure the changing demographics of the workforce are reflected in our hiring and employment practices.
