We are looking for Operations Specialist/ Senior Operations Specialist from a banking or e-commerce background to join our Operations and Customer Support Team. ✨ What You’ll Be RockingAnalysis of financial documents such as credit reports or annual financial statements Analyze the clients' financial data Controlling and collecting merchants’ documents. Prepare necessary reports or information to management to take decision Making verification processes of KYC, KPS, GIB, etc. Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and clients. Work closely with product, sales, customer support and fraud teams.
