The company is committed to promoting healthy eating and well-being, bridging tradition and science to deliver exceptional value.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive–eCommerce, located in Tejgaon Thana. The Operations Executive will oversee inventory management, coordinate fulfillment and logistics, and ensure smooth order processing. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, working collaboratively with suppliers and warehouses. The role also involves maintaining high standards of customer service while supporting sales and business growth initiatives.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to manage inventory, monitor operations, and optimize workflowsCustomer service expertise and communication skills to address and resolve inquiries effectivelyExperience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of online sales dynamicsKnowledge of sales practices and the ability to coordinate tasks supporting business growthStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office, and familiarity with data management toolsA bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in e-commerce or operations roles is an advantageRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a relevant field1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (internship or startup experience counts)Excellent communication in both Bangla and English (written and verbal)Sound knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace, and web-based dashboardsStrong sense of responsibility, urgency, and accountability.
