Qualifications:At least 2-3 years as Operations Supervisor or Team Lead in BPO Setting.Amenable work in a shifting scheduleComfortable working in full-on-site - CebuCan Start ASAPJob DescriptionSupport Ascendion Agents maximum under Client supervisionSetting clear expectations, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive work environment.Oversees the day-to-day operations. They ensure that all processes and procedures are followed efficiently, and they monitor key performance indicators to ensure client targets and goals are met. This includes managing resources and maximizing productivity working onsite and at home. They may also be involved in hiring, training, and evaluating employees.Acts as a liaison between the site and other departments or teams within the organization. They facilitate effective communication and collaboration, ensuring that information flows smoothly between different stakeholders. They may also represent the site in meetings, conferences, or other events. Coordinate agents needs within assigned team as required to ensure optimal customer service to customers.Refers complaints of service or process failures to Senior Manager for Service Delivery.Responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. They ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed onsite, and they may conduct regular safety inspections or trainings. They also ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
