As part of our expansion in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are looking for an experienced Operations SupervisorMain duties will include;· Support customer service representatives to meet sales targets.· Carry out daily banking and stock requests against set deadlines.· Ensure stock levels in branches are adequate and excess currencies are sold off as required.· Provide coaching and motivation to team members through one-to-one meetings, appraisals and team meetings.· Ensure credit and debit cards are balanced and sold off daily.· Provide management with regular updates on stock levels.· Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations, reach targets and deliver a positive customer experience.· Balance tills accurately and efficiently ensuring compliance with company procedures and anti-money laundering regulations.· Adhere to company procedures and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.· Replenish ATMs. Ensure regular checks on ATMs for cleanliness and ensuring no added devices to frontage.· Responsible for all banking dealing, where applicable and reconciliation.· Compliant with the delivery of ATM cash from suppliers. Ensuring ATM cash is fine counted and relevant paperwork completed and entries added on the system.· Ensure all security procedures are adhered to on the counters and with safe ATM duties.· Regularly ensure that CSRs are compliant with company’s rules and procedures.· Cover for customer service representatives when needs arise.· Attend to phone calls and customer queries in a professional manner.· Promote additional products or services offered by the company.· Stay updated with the trends, regulations and updates related to currency exchange and financial services.Skills and experience required:· Experience working as a supervisor in operations.· Leadership skills.· Coaching and negotiation skills.· Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.· Experience working with compliance regulations.· Attention to details.· Accuracy in processing transactions.· Excellent customer service skills.· Excellent communication skills.· Demonstrable sales experience.· Ability to demonstrate good teamwork.· Good numeracy skills.Data Protection Notice:In compliance with the applicable data protection regulations, we inform you that the personal data you provide during this recruitment process will be processed by Global Exchange As Currency Services LLC, as the data controller, for the purpose of managing your application, assessing your professional profile, and, where appropriate, including you in future recruitment processes.
