Job Description
The Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth running of daily operational activities within the fintech company. This includes loan processing, data verification, fund disbursement, customer service and telemarketing processes, and cross-team coordination. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and service quality to users.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise operational team activities (lending, verification, disbursement, collection, etc.).Ensure that all operational activities comply with OJK regulations and internal standards.Conduct data checks and operational approvals according to authorization levels.Promote adherence to AML, KYC, and data security policies.Act as the liaison between operations and other departments such as IT, Compliance, Legal, and Business.Handle operational escalations and resolve daily issues efficiently.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational performance reports (e.g., number of processed applications, approval rates, SLAs, collection performance).Identify bottlenecks and provide process improvement recommendations.Propose and implement ideas for automation and operational efficiency.Collaborate with Product/Tech teams to improve systems and processes.Manage team schedules, coach team members, and monitor performance.Support recruitment and training of new team members.QualificationsMinimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Economics, Management, Technology, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in fintech, industry.Strong leadership and analytical skills.Familiar with OJK regulations, digital lending processes, KYC, and fintech systems.Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in fintech lending or P2P companies.Familiarity with operational dashboards and analytical tools.Ability to work with tight SLAs and targets.
