Operations Support Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Support Operations Analyst to join on behalf of one of their global AI-focused partners in the US, fully remote, for a 12-month contract. This person will be supporting their customer support team that handles tickets for all of their products across all business groups. They will be collaborating across groups to include product engineers, implementation teams and other enablement engineers for root cause and to fix problems.Must Have Requirements Include:Prior experience in a customer support role with AI and/or data Good technical background or understanding of AI, data analytics, platforms, etc Programming experience with any of the following Python, Java, SQL, Pyspark, TypeScript/JavaScript, C++Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service skills and ability to interface with customers and talk with product teamsAble to work in a fast-paced environment
