If you're driven by innovation, inspired by transformation, and ready to shape the future of global commerce, you’ll find your place here.What's 'In-store'? - Role OverviewAs an Operations Support Specialist, you’ll manage a wide range of commercial activities for our direct accounts and business partners in the Benelux region, including contract validation, order processing, and account setup. You’ll collaborate within a multilingual European team and engage with a diverse range of customers, making a strong command of English essential and proficiency in other European languages highly advantageous.You’ll ensure deals and purchase orders are processed accurately and in line with company policies (JSOX), working closely with finance and other teams. Using Oracle, you’ll validate and manage contracts for new and existing clients, resolve billing issues, and coordinate with supply chain and operations teams on logistics and projects.This is an experienced role requiring the ability to work independently on both routine and complex scenarios. You’ll develop strong process knowledge, use departmental tools confidently, and help onboard and support new team members when needed. Flexibility to adjust working hours, particularly around month-end and quarter-end, is important for success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesValidate and process contracts, statements of work, purchase orders, and account setup requests using Oracle.Provide operational and transactional support to internal teams and customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies (JSOX).Investigate and resolve billing issues or discrepancies in a professional manner.Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and operations teams on logistics, project staging, and delivery priorities.Maintain and improve processes, focusing on efficiency, automation, and reducing manual work.Support audits and business controls by maintaining accurate, accessible records.Contribute to team knowledge by developing expertise with tools and processes and assisting with training of new employees.What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in sales support, operations, order fulfillment or equivalent.Solid experience in contract and order management; Oracle knowledge (Projects, OKS, Q2C) preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with SharePoint and PowerPoint is a plus.Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English and an additional European language to meet customer and business needs.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.Collaborative, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently.EEOToshiba is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that evaluates qualified applicants without regard to age, disability, gender identity, gender expression, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
