Enabling global flight, with passion.Position SummaryAs an Operations Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the ramp. Your responsibilities will include overseeing aircraft towing, handling activities, and supporting the team in maintaining high operational standards while adhering to safety protocols.Your rolePerform authorized aircraft towing and act as wing walker.Support handling activities and ensure compliance with airport regulations.Operate towing vehicles suitable for various aircraft types.Maintain clear radio communication with airport ground control.Ensure all mandatory and departmental training requirements are met.Assist the Team Lead and perform additional duties as required.Enforce and adhere to EHSQ (Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality) policies and procedures.Report hazards, incidents, and injuries promptly and follow emergency instructions.What We Offer YouWork in a dynamic, safety-focused environment where every team member makes a difference.Professional growth opportunities with ongoing training and career development.Help shape a culture of continuous improvement in the aviation industry.Your profileMechanical/technical apprenticeship and relevant work experience (at least 2 years in an airport ramp or aviation environment)Valid driving license, with a preference for heavy vehicle authorization.Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and French.Flexible and proactive approach to teamwork.Good communication skills and ability to work with others.Calm under pressure and able to make decisions quickly when needed.If you are interested in a multicultural, challenging and innovative working environment and your profile matches our requirements, we are looking forward to receiving your online application in English.
